YNet: Israel Fears Sushi Shortage

YNet's Headline: Israel Fears Sushi Shortage After Quake.

And it's not from The Onion, but from the online site of Israel's largest-circulation newspaper, Yediot Aharanot. And it's not April 1, either.

Sure, the earthquake, tsunami, and nuclear meltdown are tragic events, but can we still get our seaweed and wasabi?

In no way does that stupid headline reflects the attitude of Israelis toward Japan.
Be sure of that.
It's a terrible tragedy.

I'm certainly aware of that. The headline writer, and the Assignment Editor who thought this was a good idea for a story, are who I'm laughing at, not the Israeli people.
